We do not sell them automatically on the website. We also deliver and install all our own products. We therefore need to be in touch with you before confirming a sale and delivery and installation. Please, provide us with the appliance reference number (6 digits number in the description of the appliance, BLCxxxxxx, BECxxxxxx, etc) and we will process the sale and will arrange delivery and connection over the phone or will book an appliance for your collection in store.

Returns & Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, and then have a further 14 days to return it. If you change your mind, you’ll need to cover the cost of return.
If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll arrange the return and offer a repair, replacement, or refund. All items are inspected before confirmation.
